EWOB Connect 2024 will be held at the beautiful Westin Kierland Resort, 6902 E Greenway Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
-
For air travel, we recommend either Phoenix airport (PHX) or the smaller yet closer Scottsdale airport (SCF). If you haven’t yet booked your flights, we recommend doing so soon.
-
PHX airport is 30 minutes by car.
SCF is 5 minutes by car.
-
We recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft or a taxi to commute to/from the airport.
-
You can connect with other EWOB Members attending the event here, in our dedicated chat group for EWOB Connect.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. We are working with the hotel to hopefully enable earlier check-ins for Thursday arrival. In the event your room is not ready before 4:00pm, the hotel will hold your baggage securely for you so you can participate in events.
-
Hotel room check-out is at 11:00am on Saturday. You will be able to leave your luggage securely with the bell desk while you’re attending sessions on Saturday. Our Saturday programming runs from 7:45am to 12:00pm.
At the Summit
-
First and foremost, we want you to be and feel comfortable! For our Thursday evening dinner event, wear something that makes you feel fabulous (however you define it, whether that is a dress or your favorite jeans!).
For Friday’s dinner, consider something you can have fun dancing in (if you're so moved!). For Friday and Saturday’s programming, the attire is casual. If you want to spend the whole time in Lululemon, have at it.
Please feel free to leave your blazers at home (though if you are signing up for a headshot session, you may want to pack one just for that session.) The point is, please don’t stress about attire!
-
In addition to the attire mentioned above, we recommend you pack comfortable walking shoes if you’d like to explore the resort grounds or participate in a hike. If you plan to participate in yoga, golf, or pickleball, bring whatever you feel best in for those activities. If you’re participating in a headshot session, pack whatever top/blazer you’d like to wear in that image. Here's a great in-depth resource from our photographer about what to wear to your headshot session. We also recommend a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, and pool attire if you plan to use the aquatic facilities.

-
Yes, we will release a conference app in the coming weeks where you will be able to view the complete agenda, sign up for sessions, view the attendee directory, and more.
-
When the conference app is released, you will be notified via email. At that time you can download the app and select the sessions you’d like to attend.
